Violet Grove is a 2 bedroom, semi-detached house on the outskirts of Castle Douglas. It has recently been completely modernised which will meet the everyday needs of the modern day self caterer.
Wi-Fi and pet friendly! It will be ready to let from Friday 10th February 2017!Violet Grove is situated on the outskirts of the busy market town of Castle Douglas.
The house itself is semi-detached with it’s own private garden and parking. There is a substantial decking at the front for you to enjoy the long summer evenings looking over the picturesque Carlingwark Loch and Park.
Violet Grove has 2 bedrooms with a King size bedroom with freeview TV and a twin room.
Downstairs we have made the whole area open plan which is perfect for the family living space. The brand new fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the outside store. There is a dining table in the kitchen/dining area.
We have a log burning stove
The living room has a log burning stove, freeview television and a lovely big window again looking over the park.
We have free wifi in the house and we are pet friendly.
Pets must be declared at the time of booking and there will be a £10/dog cleaning charge.
All beds will be made up for your arrival and towels will be provided
Find us
Travelling from Dumfries west on the A75 you will come to a round about north of Castle Douglas. Take the first exit and drive into the town.
Once you pass Tesco on the left hand side you will drive upon another roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and drive to the bottom of Cotton Street. At the junction take a left and then you will see Violet Grove immediately on the right hand side sitting back off the road.
It has a large decking at the front of the house overlooking the park. Drive up the driveway and pull into the car parking space on the right hand side. The left hand side is private for our neighbor. You have reached your destination!
